Zoom integration to import calls

With the Zoom integration, every conversation turns into structured, searchable user evidence. Usersnap ingest the call transcript and extract meaningful insights to output feedback items automatically into your projects. Teams no longer need to dig through recordings, now just directly view, prioritize user pain points across all channels.

How to set up the Zoom integration

  1. Go to Setup > Channels to see the list of data ingestion channels

  2. Select Zoom and continue to login to your Zoom account, review requested permissions, and confirm the connection

  3. Once connected, you will be able to configure which Zoom Cloud transcripts you want to push and to which projects. If something doesn’t work as expected, check your Zoom permissions, or reach out to our support team.

  4. In the connected project configuration Target, you can see or select channels as well. Each project allows up to 10 channel connections.

Templates and use cases

Send all customer calls and user interviews into the co-pilot discovery project by using the designated template to track and analyze pain points and opportunities.

For more information about the templates see Channels use cases.

Removing the integration

If you no longer want to use the integration, you can simply remove it in the configuration "Delete integration".

What happens when you remove the integration?

  • Data sync stops immediately. No new Zoom transcripts will be imported into Usersnap
  • Previously intake feedback items remain in your Usersnap projects
  • Access is revoked. Usersnap will no longer have permission to access your Zoom account

If you reconnect later, you can resume syncing new calls at any time.
