Connect Usersnap with Github
Usersnap and Github can be easily connected.
Here's how it works:
Go to your Usersnap project’s Integration tab and select Github from the grid.
Simply sign in to your Github account and start configuring how you want the feedback items to be pushed through.
If your organization is missing from the dropdown:
If you have access to a lot of repositories, it's possible that the one you're looking for is not accessible because we only fetch a certain number of them. If the repository you're looking for belongs to a specific organization, you can also try to go to https://github.com/settings/applications and look for "Usersnap Platform Integration" in the "Authorized Oauth Apps" tab and make sure that it has access to the organization in question.
You can also pre-select the Github labels and determine how the prefix should look like.
Don't forget to check the box to have feedback items sent to Github automatically if preferred.
This is how they would look like in Github. Now you can start managing the tickets directly in Github.
Do you know?
You shall make sure the user who creates the integration is a collaborator on the repository you want to select. This is how you can invite a team or person to Github.
