Payments FAQ

Most helpful FAQs for your payment

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payments via credit cards such as VISA, MasterCard, and American Express. Please note that you do not need a credit card to sign up for a Usersnap trial. For Enterprise plans, we also accept bank transfers for annual plans.

Do you offer bank transfer as a payment?

If you decide on an Enterprise plan, we can offer bank transfer instead of credit card payment. Enterprise plans can be purchased with annual subscriptions only.

Do you offer discounts?

We offer discounts to NGOs and educational institutions. For more information, please get in touch with the team.

What is your refund policy?

We offer a free 15-day trial, take your time to find out if the product fits your requirements. You can cancel your subscription anytime.

Please, be aware that we can not offer partial refunds for the remaining subscription.

My company is in the EU, do we need a VAT number?

If you are a customer from the EU or UK, we require a valid VAT number. We apply the reverse charge system and you will not be charged for VAT on your invoice. Unfortunately, we can't offer you an account if your organization is in the EU (or UK) and you have no valid VAT number. If you set your country outside the EU (or UK), you will not be asked for a VAT-ID.

Where can I see my invoices?

As the team admin, you can download the invoices under the "Billing" page of your Usersnap portal.
Usersnap also sends the receipts (not invoices) to the team admin in an email. We would suggest you set up an email forwarding rule in your inbox to pass them on to the finance department if needed.

The team admin can also replace her/his email with another email address, for instance, the finance team's email.
Don't forget to hit the "Save" button after the change is done.

How does the Brexit influence my payments with Usersnap?

As a customer from the UK, you still need the VAT ID, because Usersnap can only make business with companies with a valid VAT ID (in the EU and UK).
