Statistics and reports of each feedback widget

Each feedback widget provides you and your team with statistics about the incoming feedback. You will find them in the sub-menu "Insights".

By choosing different time periods, you can see how the feedback statistics change.

Filter insights by segments

You can view only the feedback items related to a specific segment.
