Invite clients to your account

There are two ways how you can add your clients to collaborate with you over the tickets and feedback items.

Add clients as team members

You can add your clients as team members to your dashboard in Usersnap and they can collaborate with you like your other team members. This is one way how to collaborate. If you want to give them limited access to your project use the new guest access functionality.

Give your clients guest access

Give your clients access to a project via the guest access and add them as "guest users".
