Usersnap Track Browser Extensions

If embedding the Usersnap Track widget to your site is not an option, using one of the Usersnap Track browser extensions is a good solution. You can annotate on your website without changing your template code.

We have extensions available for Google Chrome and Firefox.

Google Chrome Extension

Google Chrome users can find the extension in the Chrome Store: Google Chrome Store

There are two ways to log into your Usersnap Track project using the Chrome extension.

Using Usersnap Track log-in credentials

Using Usersnap Track project API key

Once your Chrome extension is installed and configured, you can create a screen by clicking on the Usersnap Track icon on your browser toolbar.

Firefox Add-on

Firefox users can find the add-on in the add-ons directory for Firefox: Firefox Add-On

After installation, go to the Firefox Add-ons settings.

Under the Extensions tab, you will find Usersnap Track. Click on the Options button.

There are two ways to log into your Usersnap Track project using the Firefox Add-on.
