Usersnap for Enterprise customers
With the Enterprise plan, you get additional features and services that are designed for larger teams, stricter compliance needs and more complex workflows. Here what’s included and how you can use it:
Single Sign-On (SSO)
With SSO, you can connect Usersnap to your organization’s identity provider. This means that your team members can log in with their existing company accounts instead of creating separate passwords.
You can:
- Manage access centrally and apply your own security rules.
- Make it easier for new team members to join without extra setup.
- Remove access automatically when someone leaves your organization.
Invoice Payment
As an Enterprise customer, you can pay annually via an invoice instead of paying by credit card. This way you can handle payments through a finance department.
Security Audit
As an Enterprise customer, you can request a security audit anytime. This means you can review how Usersnap handles data, what protections are in place, and how compliance is ensured.
You can:
- Request documentation that supports your internal security assessments.
- Share this information with your IT or compliance team to confirm that Usersnap meets your requirements.
- Get a more detailed information on our data handling practices, access controls, and infrastructure security.
Customized Documentation
If your company needs tailored agreements, you can request customized documents such as contracts, Data Processing Agreements (DPA), NDA, etc. This helps align legal and compliance requirements with the way your organization operates.
Increased User & Project Limits
If you want more team members to join Usersnap, the Enterprise plan lets you increase the number of users, projects, spaces and page views beyond the standard limits. You can scale your setup as your organization grows, without needing multiple separate accounts.
Unlimited Changelog Entries
With the changelog, you can track product updates and announcements directly inside Usersnap. On the Enterprise plan, you can keep unlimited changelog entries. This means you can:
- Build a full history of changes over time.
- Share updates with your team without worrying about older entries disappearing.
- Use the changelog as a long-term reference for product development and communication.
Hand-holding experience: Onboarding & Quarterly check-ins
With Enterprise, you can take part in a personal onboarding program where a member of our team guides you through setup. This can include adjusting Usersnap to your processes, training your team, and answering specific questions about your workflows.
In addition, you can schedule quarterly (or bi-monthly) check-in calls. These calls give you the chance to:
- Review how Usersnap is being used across your projects and get some suggestions from our experts;
- Get advice on how to adjust your setup as your needs change;
- Address any questions you might have;
- Learn more about future releases and our product roadmap.
