For every project, you can define if you'd like to get email notifications on screens other people have created. The item will also appear in your Usersnap inbox.
You can change this simply by clicking on the 3 dots located at the right upper corner of your project and decide if you'd like to subscribe to or unsubscribe from the project's notifications.
Please also make sure to unsubscribe from the project itself with the bell.
With the "reply" feature in each feedback item, you can enhance your customer support & communication with browser screenshots. By clicking on 'reply', your comment will be sent via email to your customer. The customer will receive an email containing the same conversation you see in your Usersnap dashboard.
Only messages sent to the customer can be viewed by the customer. When clicking on "Add notes", those notes will stay in the Usersnap dashboard as internal comments.
Your customer or website visitor will receive an email with your comment and can reply to you directly from his inbox. The original message and screenshot are also included so that they are always clear about which feedback item is this reply for.
Each feedback item can be exported. The exported data is project-based and will be in JSON format along with the images. The feature is available to the team owners and all team members.
Using your preferred tool, you can then convert this to CSV or Excel.
If taking a screenshot of the site is not enough, the users can also attach an additional file to the very feedback item. We know that sometimes it can be necessary to add a snap taken elsewhere or some data to back up your requests. Don't worry! We hear you and now it can be configured directly in the dashboard to make this feature of attachment either optional or required.
All team members can add an attachment to a reply or a note of a certain feedback item.
In addition, reporters can also add attachments to the very feedback item submitted by oneself directly from the received email. The attached file will then be presented in the timeline of this item.
Notes are shared internally within the team only while replies will reach the item's reporter by email.
'Turn on' the console recording in the project's configuration. Your Usersnap feedback item will now contain the log output when the feedback was created and can be found in "More Details" of that item.
You can configure the labels to be revealed on the widget so that your users can select from the drop-down menu.
An existing label can be easily added to a specific feedback item simply by entering in the label box.
If you click on the "Edit" button, an existing label can be updated at any time.
You can also choose to create a brand new label. Just start typing and hit "Create" in the end.
You can activate an outro screen after a feedback item is submitted.
There is a default text which is offered in 9 different languages.
However, you can of course write your own text and link an Url to redirect your visitors elsewhere as desired. This can be used as a way to set up the parameter in order to track your visitor's path.
A custom field can come in handy when you need your user to confirm certain terms or check out specific documentation for instance.
You can also ask a question in this field and determine if you want a short or long answer from them.
