Let your users add attachments in the widgets

If taking a screenshot of the site is not enough, your users can also attach an additional file to every feedback item. We know that sometimes it can be necessary to add an image taken elsewhere or some data to back up your requests. Don't worry!

We hear you and now it can be configured directly in the dashboard to make this feature of attachment either optional or required.

Your users can easily drag or upload an additional file to the feedback item to be submitted along.
