If you are using Planio, you can connect Usersnap Track directly to Planio and get Usersnap bug reports and screenshots delivered into Planio issues.
Here's how it works:
Please enable the API support on your Planio account (Administration, Settings, Authentication, Enable REST web service).
It is recommended to create a special user for the Usersnap reports.
You’ll find your Planio API Key in the sidebar in My Account.
Go to your Usersnap Track project’s 3rd Party Integration tab. Since Planio is built on Redmine, you have to select the Redmine from the grid.
Enter your Plan.io URL and your API key. Click on 'Connect now!'.
After a successful connect, you can select a project, default assignee, tracker, and priority. You can also set a version and issue category, which will help you to better organize your Usersnap Track bug reports.
Click 'Save' and start sending your Usersnap screens directly to your Plan.io project.
