Intercom and Usersnap Track can be easily connected.
Here's how it works:
In Intercom, go to "App Settings" > "Messages and Email" and copy your "default inbound address" for Intercom. You will need this when you connect Usersnap Track to Intercom.
Go to your Usersnap Track project’s 3rd Party Integration tab and select Intercom from the grid.
Enter your Intercom inbound address.
You can also set a default subject prefix for the Usersnap screens sent to Intercom.
If your users enter an email address on the Usersnap Track Widget, the ticket is automatically connected to the sender of the report and you can reply easily within Intercom.
Click 'Save' and start sending your Usersnap screens directly to Intercom.
