Connecting Usersnap Track with Desk.com

Desk.com and Usersnap Track can be easily connected.

Here's how it works:

In your Desk.com admin settings, go to Channels>Email>Inbound Mail and copy your inbox address or the mailbox channel you've set up. You will need this when you connect Usersnap Track to Desk.com.

Log in to your Usersnap Track account or sign up for a free trial.

Go to your Usersnap Track project’s 3rd Party Integration tab and select Desk from the grid.

Enter your Desk.com mailbox address and add an optional subject prefix which will be attached to every feedback sent from Usersnap Track.

If your users enter an email address (or are required to), the ticket is automatically connected to them, and you can reply easily within Desk.com.

Click ‘Save’ and start sending your Usersnap screens directly to your Desk.com inbox.
