Connecting Usersnap Track with and Usersnap Track can be easily connected.

Here's how it works:

In your admin settings, go to Channels>Email>Inbound Mail and copy your inbox address or the mailbox channel you've set up. You will need this when you connect Usersnap Track to

Log in to your Usersnap Track account or sign up for a free trial.

Go to your Usersnap Track project’s 3rd Party Integration tab and select Desk from the grid.

Enter your mailbox address and add an optional subject prefix which will be attached to every feedback sent from Usersnap Track.

If your users enter an email address (or are required to), the ticket is automatically connected to them, and you can reply easily within
