Desk.com and Usersnap Classic can be easily connected.
Here's how it works:
In your Desk.com admin settings, go to Channels>Email>Inbound Mail and copy your inbox address or the mailbox channel you've set up. You will need this when you connect Usersnap Classic to Desk.com.
Go to your Usersnap Classic project’s 3rd Party Integration tab and select Desk from the grid.
Enter your Desk.com mailbox address and add an optional subject prefix which will be attached to every bug report sent from Usersnap Classic.
If your users enter an email address (or are required to), the ticket is automatically connected to them, and you can reply easily within Desk.com.
Click ‘Save’ and start sending your Usersnap screens directly to your Desk.com inbox.
