Connecting Usersnap Classic with and Usersnap Classic can be easily connected.

Here's how it works:

In your admin settings, go to Channels > Email > Inbound Mail and copy your inbox address or the mailbox channel you've set up. You will need this when you connect Usersnap Classic to

Go to your Usersnap Classic project’s 3rd Party Integration tab and select Desk from the grid.

Enter your mailbox address and add an optional subject prefix which will be attached to every bug report sent from Usersnap Classic.

If your users enter an email address (or are required to), the ticket is automatically connected to them, and you can reply easily within
