Connecting Usersnap QA Projects with Axosoft

Axosoft and Usersnap can be easily connected.
Usersnap can be connected to Axosoft OnDemand and Axosoft OnPremise.

Here's how it works:

Go to the Axosoft API Settings in your Axosoft account under Tools>System Options> and check the 'Enable API' box.

Important:
If you have a self-hosted on-premise instance of Axosoft, please make sure your integration server allows access from our rendering IPs and if you are using SSL, that you have valid certificates in place. You can check out SSL Labs certificate.

Log in to your Usersnap account or sign up for a free trial.

Go to your Usersnap QA project’s 3rd Party Integration tab and select Axosoft from the grid.

Choose the kind of Axosoft installation you have, Axosoft OnDemand or Axosoft OnPremise, and enter the hostname of your Axosoft installation.

Axosoft OnDemand

If you are using Axosoft OnDemand, enter the hostname of your Axosoft installation.
Click 'Connect now!' and log into your Axosoft account.

Axosoft OnPremise

If you are using Axosoft OnPremise, enter the Instance URL of your Axosoft installation, your
Client ID and your Client Secret.
Click 'Connect now!' and log into your Axosoft account.

Log into your Axosoft account allow Usersnap access.

You can now choose the item type, target project, user and release for screens sent to Axosoft.

Click 'Save' and start sending Usersnap screens directly to your Axosoft project.
