Usersnap Track and Asana can be easily connected.
Here's how it works:
To connect Usersnap Track and Asana, you need to set up a 'from email' routing in your Asana account.
Go to the 'from email' tab in the profile settings of your Asana account and choose the workspace where you want Usersnap Track to send your screens.
Go to your Usersnap Track project's 3rd Party Integration tab and select Asana from the grid.
Enter your Asana account address.
You can also set a subject prefix to find Usersnap tickets easier.
You can also select a specific Asana project for your Usersnap screenshots.
To do this, you will need to find the Asana project ID which you will need to connect to Usersnap Track.
Click on the drop-down menu of your project. Copy the project URL and take note of it.
It should look like the following: http://app.asana.com//0/**FirstNumber**/SecondNumber.
The 'FirstNumber' is your project ID. Enter this number into the 'Target project id field' in the Usersnap 3rd Party Integration settings.
You can also assign a project member to Asana tasks created by Usersnap Track. To do this, just add the assignee email address to the assignee address field in the Usersnap 3rd Party Integration settings. Please note that the assignee must be a member of the target project.
If you want your Asana project members to automatically follow tasks created by Usersnap Track, just add their email addresses to the Auto task followers field in the Usersnap Track 3rd Party Integration settings. Please note that auto-followers must be members of the corresponding project.
Click 'Save' and start sending your Usersnap screens directly to your Asana project.
